Initial Contact

Initial contact with The Drapery Source is made by phoning or emailing the office. Louise will discuss the window treatments and overall project in detail with you, addressing creative design, function and budget. Once your needs and individual ideas are understood a free in-home consultation will be scheduled with your designer.

Complimentaty In-Home Consultation

Your designer will come to your home, free of charge. Characteristics of your home will be considered in order to provide a fluid and cohesive integration of the new window treatments, furniture, rugs, lighting, or other products. Detailed attention to scale, balance, texture and color is important at this stage. You will be shown pictures and material samples relative to the project to make your choices easier. Louise will take measurements once the creative process is complete and discuss pricing options.

The Order Is Placed, Installation and Delivery are Discussed

Window Treatments, Bedding, Furniture, Area Rugs, Mirrors, Lighting, Paint, Wall Paper etc.

The order is placed only when you are comfortable and excited with all aspects of the project. A formal work order will be filled out with detailed specifications and reviewed together. A professional window treatment installer will typically remeasure windows for precision. In 6-8 weeks your vision will be realized by delivery and installation of your new window treatments and other products. Whether you order custom drapes, bedding, shades, blinds, area rugs or furniture your satisfaction is guaranteed.
